Eligibility
Any person who operates, or plans to start up, a small business that serves central San Diego; fewer than 10 employees; and, has moderate gross annual revenues.
Legal Services
Business entity formation, contracts and transactional matters, licensing and regulations, compliance, intellectual property protection, labor and employment matters, risk management, dispute resolution.
Fee Structure
Free consultation at the Clinic. If further work is needed, the Clinic will facilitate access to independent attorneys who will offer free or discounted (on a sliding scale) business legal services.
