Celebrate the launch of our pilot Bike Coupon program with a community bike ride! This initiative showcases how bike-friendly infrastructure makes it easy to visit your favorite local businesses by bicycle. We’ve partnered with select businesses along 30th Street to offer exclusive discounts to cyclists. To access these discounts, you’ll need a genuine Bike Coupon Booklet, available at our kickoff ride on Saturday, June 8th, at 10 am!
What is a Bike Coupon Booklet?
The Bike Coupon Booklet grants you access to discounts and special offers at participating businesses. To redeem these offers, you must present the booklet and arrive by bike.
Where can I get a Bike Coupon Booklet?
As this is a pilot program, booklets are limited. Attend the kickoff ride to receive your booklet while supplies last.
Why is this a ‘pilot’ program?
We’ve seen significant interest in this concept. A limited run allows us to test and refine the program for future iterations.
Who are the participating businesses?
This initial round includes: Origins Grocer (formerly The Mighty Bin), The North Park Farmers Market, Mabel’s Gone Fishing, The Book Catapult, Secret Sister, and the Rose. If you’re a business owner interested in future participation, please contact us at [email protected].
Why are you doing this?
North Park has benefited from improved biking infrastructure and reduced car dependency. We want to highlight how residents can enjoy their weekends and access their favorite spots by bike.
Do I need to RSVP?
RSVPs are not required but help us gauge interest in the program.
Does it cost anything to participate?
Participation is free! Join the kickoff ride to get your booklet, while supplies last. Note that some discounts may require a purchase.
